Welcome to Scriptlaunch (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using Scriptlaunch.com (“the Platform”), you (“User,” “you”) agree to thefollowing terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Scriptlaunch, you agree to theseTerms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not useScriptlaunch.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardianconsent to use the Platform.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

3.1 Your Content

•         Youretain fullownership and copyrightof any scripts, stories, pitches, or creative material you upload, write, orotherwise submit to the Platform (“User Content”).

•         Scriptlaunchdoes not claim any ownership of User Content.

•         Scriptlaunchwill never use User Content to train AI models.

3.2 Our License to Operate

•         Byuploading User Content, you grant Scriptlaunch a limited, non-exclusive, revocablelicense to processyour content solelyto provide the Platform’sfunctionality to you(e.g., formatting, grammar checks, coverage reports).

•         Thislicense is strictlyoperational and endswhen you delete your account or request deletion of your content.

3.3 Generated Materials

•         AI-assistedoutputs generated on the Platform (e.g., grammar suggestions, coverage reports,market research) are provided foryour personal use only.

•         AI-assistedoutputs (like grammar suggestions or coverage reports) are for your personaluse. Because copyright law around AI is still evolving, we can’t guarantee how courts will treatAI-assisted material — so you should use them as tools, not as replacements foryour original authorship.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

•         Usethe Platform to create or submit content that infringes the IP rights ofothers.

•         Attemptto use the Platform’s AItools to generate creative material intended to replace original humanauthorship (e.g., dialogue, scenes, or stories).

•         MisrepresentScriptlaunch outputs as “human-written coverage” or professional representation.

5. Script Coverage Service

•         Scriptcoverage provided through the Platform is automated analysis and does not represent theopinion of a human script reader.

•         Scriptlaunchcoverage is an automated analysis tool designed to highlight strengths andareas for improvement. While it provides valuable insights, coverage isinherently subjective, and no coverage service — human or AI — can guaranteeindustry outcomes.

•         Youacknowledge that coverage is inherently subjective, and Scriptlaunch assumes noliability for business or creative decisions you make based on it.

6. Subscription & Payments

•         Subscriptionfees are billed monthlyor every three months,as selected at purchase.

•         Feesfor add-on services (such as script coverage) are billed separately.

•         Subscriptionpayments are non-refundable once processed, unless required by law. You cancancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the paidperiod.

7. Data & Privacy

•         Wedo not sell, license, or share your content with any third parties.

•         Yourcontent is only processed internally to deliver the services you request.

•         Pleaserefer to our [PrivacyPolicy] for detailson how data is handled.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

•         Scriptlaunchprovides the Platform “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

•         Wedo not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or that Platformfeatures will meet your specific requirements.

•         Tothe fullest extent permitted by law, Scriptlaunch shall not be liable for anyloss of profits, opportunities, or damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts thatviolate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect changes in ourservices, legal requirements, or best practices. If we make material changes,we’ll notify you by email or throughthe Platform. By continuing to use Scriptlaunch after updates take effect, youagree to the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractualdisputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subjectmatter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emiratesas applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

You agree that the courts of Dubai shall have exclusivejurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to theseTerms.
