We never use your creative content to train AI models, and we never sell or license your content to third parties.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of all scripts, stories, pitches, and creative materials you upload.

• Scriptlaunch only processes your content to deliver the features you choose (formatting, grammar checks, coverage reports, etc.).

• You can delete your content at any time. When deleted, it is removed from our active systems immediately and deleted from backups within 30 days.

We do not sell, rent, or license your personal data or creative work.

We may share limited information only in the following cases:

• Service providers who help us operate (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

We keep your account and User Content as long as your account is active. Once you delete your account, your personal data and creative materials are removed from active systems immediately and deleted from backups within 30 days.
